Effective date: May 24, 2026. This page explains how to request deletion of your Femalina account and related service data.
What we delete
After identity verification, we delete or anonymize account profile data and related operational records to the extent technically feasible and legally permitted.
What may be retained
We may retain the minimum records required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or other legal obligations for the required retention period.
Important
Processing time
We confirm request receipt within 3 business days.
Deletion is usually completed within 30 calendar days.
Materials stored locally on your device should also be deleted by you inside the app where applicable.
