Femalina Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 24, 2026. This policy explains how Femalina Capture handles microphone access, audio, transcripts, purchase data, and deletion requests.

1. Microphone access

Femalina Capture requests microphone permission only for features that record voice notes. Recording starts only after your explicit action inside the app.

2. Voice recordings and transcripts

When you use voice capture features, audio and transcript data may be stored so you can revisit your material later. The exact storage location may depend on the feature you use and your device settings.

3. Processing and providers

To deliver transcription, Femalina Capture may process audio through its own service infrastructure and selected third-party transcription providers. If you purchase a package on the web, payment and invoice data may also be processed by Paddle as merchant of record.

4. Storage and retention

Femalina may store account, session, support, purchase-related information, and Reflection access requests for service delivery, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance.

Voice materials and transcripts are retained for as long as necessary to provide the feature or until you delete them, subject to technical and legal constraints.

Purchase records, receipts, and tax-related data may be retained for the period required by law or by payment processors.

You can delete local materials inside the app where deletion controls are available.

6. Data sharing and contact

We share data only with providers needed to operate the service, including transcription infrastructure and payment processors.
