Femalina Terms and Conditions

Effective date: May 24, 2026. These Terms govern access to the Femalina website, the Femalina Capture Android app, and related digital transcription packages.

1. Operator

Femalina is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Mikhail Latyshov, an Individual Entrepreneur registered in Georgia under registration number 304814921.

2. Product

Femalina Capture is a voice-based thinking workspace. It lets users capture spoken notes, store transcripts, and work with purchased transcription minutes inside the app. Femalina Reflection is a separate web-based offering for journal analysis and is described separately where presented.

3. Acceptance

By using Femalina, downloading the Android APK, or purchasing digital packages, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Service Terms

Main conditions of use

You are responsible for the content you upload, record, or transmit through Femalina.

You must use the service lawfully and may not use it to infringe third-party rights, distribute malware, or abuse infrastructure.

Some functionality depends on third-party providers, including transcription and payment providers. Service availability may change if those providers change or become unavailable.

Femalina may update features, interfaces, or technical requirements as the product develops.

Billing and purchases

Some features require paid digital packages of transcription minutes. Product, usage, and billing details must be clearly presented at the time of purchase.

Current package pricing is published on the Pricing page, including 150 minutes for $12 and 500 minutes for $29.

When a purchase is processed by Paddle, Paddle may act as merchant of record and authorized reseller for the transaction.

Checkout, tax calculation, invoicing, and certain buyer communications may therefore be handled by Paddle.

Purchased packages are digital products intended for use inside the Femalina Capture app.
