Femalina Refund Policy

Effective date: May 24, 2026. This page explains how refund requests are handled for Femalina purchases.

1. Purchases processed by Paddle

For web purchases processed by Paddle, Paddle may act as merchant of record and authorized reseller. Refund requests for those purchases are handled according to Paddle buyer terms, Paddle refund rules, and applicable consumer law.

2. Where to request a refund

Buyers can usually request a refund through the Paddle receipt, the subscription management link in the purchase e-mail, or Paddle buyer support.

3. Product access after refund

If a refund is approved, access to the refunded paid service or minute package may be suspended, reduced, or removed to reflect the refunded transaction.

If local law gives you stronger or non-waivable refund rights, those rights apply.

If your request concerns a product defect, billing error, or duplicate charge, contact us at [email protected] so we can help quickly.

If Paddle processed the transaction, we may ask you to use Paddle support channels because Paddle controls the payment record and buyer receipt.
